Barton has created new class formats in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that students can have an uninterrupted educational experience regardless of the status of the pandemic. 911爆料 plans to continue offering these various options for the fall semester as well if needed.

Barton is now offering the following formats:

Joanna Lockwood and Tana Yellowwolf of Hoisington were named 911爆料鈥檚 2020 Outstanding Graduates. Dean of Student Services Angie Maddy recognized them as part of 911爆料鈥檚 virtual commencement on Friday.

Barton has announced its 2019-20 Brant J. Ballhorst Student Ambassador of the Year awards. Named in memory of Brant J. Ballhorst, the award recognizes two outstanding Student Ambassadors each year. The winners this year were Karsyn Smith of West Plains, Mo. and Joanna Lockwood of Hoisington.听

Barton Dance Theatre is offering a 鈥淒ancing for Mobility鈥 class for adults looking to improve balance, strength, and body awareness while also learning a wide range of dance styles from the safety of their home. The six-week class meets from 1:30-2:40 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays starting Monday, May 11.
